H. Balguy to be Inspector of the 2nd class from the 19th July last at a salary of $920 per annum.
I. H. Grimes to be Inspector of the 3rd class vice Balguy promoted, from the 25th August 1866, at a salary of $600 per annum.
M. R. Jones to be Inspector of the 3rd class from the 29th August 1866, at a salary of £144 per annum.

The extra expenditure involved in these appointments is covered by the Estimates for the current year.
