"West Point" he immediately proceeded with a party of Police in three Boats and explored the Piratical Boat together with 26 Chinese prisoners - thirteen of whom have been recognized by the informants being part of the crew of the piratical boat. The
piratical Boat explored is laden with Salt. Case sent before Magistrate.
