The cost of the Oil Lamps which have been converted into Gas Lamps £150.10.0. As these Lamps cannot be adapted for Oil, this sum would represent the cost of replacing them or the value of the converted Lamps.

Vide Note attached saying that the Gas Lamps, which might be sold by the Gas Company at a valuation of $100.
If no Gas or Candles were used the cost would not be less than $120 per month, say $1,500 per annum.
