Yeong Assam is hereby authorized under Ordinance 8 of 1866 Paragraph 4 to continue in possession of the Public Privy erected by him at the Traya from and after the First of June one thousand eight hundred and sixty four.
The conditions of this License are that the said Yong Assam shall whitewash the whole building once a month and wash it down with water at least once a day.
That the soil shall be removed in sealed brickets every day.
And that the building shall be kept perfectly clean. That a rent of Five Dollars a month shall be paid in advance to the Registrar General.
It is competent to the Surveyor General to issue such regulations from time to time for the working of the said Privy and to inflict such fines for neglect or non-compliance with the same as he shall think fit.
And also to resume the possession of the said Privy if at any time the Government shall
