We have received details of a public meeting, and a memorial from the Merchants at Amoy; enclosing, and a copy of one from Amoy.

If the memorialists are producing effect upon the inhabitants of Hongkong.
We have carefully considered the objections made to the 6th Stamp Act by the Memorialists, and we also reply to objections.
