What is the effect of approving the Ordinance and referring the bank note clause to the consideration of the draft?
Truly,
I am constrained & doubt as to the propriety of that clause and I do not wish to find it out at my own expense if unnecessary.
I am anxious & require arbitration.
It is not hopeless & press the draft in haste for an immediate answer in time for the next mail.
It may be on the Affairs.
