has been sought as
to whether
it is practicable
to carry out the
Scheme for Mr. Mountain
if Practicable
Junior
& the best means
of undertaking such a
work.
When that opinion has been received the
question will be
referred for the consideration
of their Lordships & with
a view to obtain
Their

Sanction for the expenditure
which will be most likely
in
the construction of the Reservoir
Lodship in Council
20 August
I am
to state that there is
this item to
which their Lordships
especial attention
should be directed.
I would therefore
beg to
recommend
the
Estimates for their Lordship approval
