My dear Sir Richard,
Ireturn the drought desistef and quite agree in your
apree in your observations respecting the Guard and the recupstin
of the Barrack at the Mint. I I not apprehend any difficulty in
out the proposed arrangement though in the first instenen it
carrying

Detachment at the Mint to half
Company, which could easily be reinforced when our Force in Tony Kong is increased..
