I leave this country for Hongkong, and I have instructed the Zou to prepare a Statement by the usual agreements for their signature. I have also to instruct the Zou to issue an advance of £25 to each of these Mechanics on account of the 1/2 Salary which will accrue to them from the date of their departure.
