Christopher Boyd, and as a Smith, George Molyneux
I enclose testimonials in favor of the former from Mr Goyer of the Royal Arsenal and Amal M. Campbell of the Blakely Ordnance Company; which I have selected from several others in my possession.
With reference to George Molyneux, Messrs J Waterhouse of Soho works write as follows: "We beg to say good words of Mr George Molyneux, whom we have a wish to offer to you... who is the son of our Foreman Smith, and is in all ways... we think suited to meet your necessities. Subject to the terms named to him, he will sign the necessary Contract whenever it is sent here."
In each of these cases the advance of £25 will be necessary.
I may add that I have experienced some difficulty in finding suitable person willing to accept the Smith's duties on the terms proposed.
I have the honour to be,
Your obedient Servant,
