Referring to your letter of the
2nd of March last, the Crown Agents for the Colomer beg to be informed whether the usual agreement is to be
entered into or not, between laph Winder the Master of the Hong Kong Mint, and themselves, by which, under certain axiumstances, Capte Kinder. will be bound to refund to the Government the cost incurred for the passages of himself and family from this Country to tong thong.
