No Visits, are allowed to be made to prisoners with out the written permission of the Colonial Secretary when granted, the prisoner and his frendo

allowed to converse
together for 30 minutes in the presence of a Seuntley, (and the Interpreter, of the porties are Chissese).
Letter's
are allowed to be sent and received every
three months, being pressionely read and initiated by the Superintendent:
