of state which should have been carried out by the Original Purchaser be now completed. The Conditions required that the land should be reclaimed and the Sea Wall finished within' Six Months of the date of Contry. It is the more necessary that these Lots should at once be fitted in because the Tenants of the adjoining Labs No 24 & 25 have commenced work some Months back but have been obliged to stap by the Purchaser of Lots 152 neglecting to fill in at the same time. The Seas Wall in front of all the Marine Lots is being built by
