In obedience to the Memorandum of Ilis Excellency The Governor under date

1865, we, the undersigned, proceeded this day at...... o'clock, to the Colonial Treasury, and being there, in concert with the Officer in charge of the Treasury, examined and counted the actual contents of the money chest under the separate charge of the Officer in charge of the Treasury, and we have the honor to report

that we found the amount of Mineteen Sharis and nine hundred and eighty three Dollars and

Eighty Eight cents
