Art. 13. Thoy documents named in -art 1 having been found in order, either the commissary at Paramaribo or the district-commissury at Nickerie institutes a medical inquiry into the sanitary state of the immigrants on board of the vessel. The immigrants are further confronted with call of names, and a report is drawn up of their condition as well us of the treatment which they met with during the voyage.
