MINUTE BY THE ACTING GOVERNOR.
Under Instructions from the Right Honorable The SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES, His Excellency the ACTING GOVERNOR is pleased to direct that the Pension Minute of 5th May, 1862, (published in the Government Gazette of 29th November, 1802,) be amended by adding to the 16th Section the following words: "Absences in excess of the period for which half Salary may be allowed "under the 115th Colonial Regulation will not count as Service;" and the Pension Minute is hereby amended accordingly.
