I transmit herewith a copy of a letter from Intendant Navier recommending the acceptance of tender for the Tank Water Service & the "Enamelled Steel Kantilever" forces which will be required for the Tint in Hongkong.
Mr. Suider has been authorised to accept the tender of Balfour & Co. Magnus.
I think it sufficient to authorise W. Hinder to accept the tender of Self for £372.15.
