The Lords Commissioners of her Majesty's
Treasury have had before them your letter of
the said date, with its enclosures, relative
to the emoluments proposed to be granted to W. White as harbourmaster to the Hong Kong Govt., And Their Lordships have directed me to acquaint you, for the information of the Governor in Council, that they have approved of the salary of £225. sterling per annum being raised by £22.. 10.0 to £247. 10.0
