With reference to your letter of the 10th instant, and its Enclosures, the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury desire me to acquaint you, for the information of His Excellency the Administrator, that my Lords will not object to the additional Estimate amounting to $485, for completing the Work at Saiyingpoon Market, South Hong Kong, in respect of which a sum of $9,970 was included in the Estimates for 1863.
