I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you, for the information of the Governor Sir Henry Cardwell, that they approve of the expenditure of $3550.14. (Three thousand five hundred and fifty dollars) for supplying water to the Mint at Hong Kong.
