I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your letter dated 10 June last, in which you report that the Works for supplying the City of Victoria with water have been completed, & that after defraying the cost of the Maintenance, an annual addition to the Revenue of the Colony will be realized by the proceeds of the Water rate.
