I am to forward to you a report from the Committee of Audit, from which you will perceive that the forms which accompanied my despatch of the 29th instant are intended to be used on all occasions of Surveys of the Treasury Chest, whether quarterly or special.
I am to be guided by the terms of the Report from the Board of Audit for the future.
