Replying to the objections contained in the above protest against the continuation of the Praya of Hongkong in front of the Naval Yard, and also the construction of a public sea front road at Kowloon.

Reply to the above protest - that it will not be continued until the Admiralty has been obtained, but that the arrangement made for the construction of the Sea road, at Kowloon must be completed.
