I have received a copy of your letter to our despatch communicated by the Lords of the Admiralty.
May I acknowledge the missive of 22nd inst. regarding a road which it would appear is about to be constructed by the Colonial authorities in Stony in front of the Admiralty Coaling Depot at Kowloon, and also between the Naval Yard at Stony and the Sea.
