I have gained information I have
from Fishing Tanks, to in the river. It
appears the Pirates (who
are about Deep Bay,
very numerous) Come out at night in low fast Sampans, way lay the Junks in the
river and
force
them to
pay
so much
ransom money. The small Fishing Junk, I first retook in Castle Peak...
Bay- had the same embargo laid upon
her.
The Villagers generally are afraid to inform against the Pirates.
