— Illegal Import of Smuggled Goods. —
As Clerk on board employed unloading a cargo belonging to Soong Kong, not fictitious, I report that on the night of the 12th instant, having sailed from Song Kay, I arrived at Ma Fong, with a crew of 7 men and 13 Passengers.
Cargo Consisting of 40 Bales of Cotton, 400 Bales of Alum, 80 bags Sesamum.
