Informant, another man and one Child jumped a small sampan, and landed at Tai Chow the pirates took away his Boat with the other three men, one woman and Child and sailed away in the direction of Cap-sun-ly-moon pass. Value of Boat and Property $300.- Informant can identify Pirate Boat but none of the Pirates.
