On the ground floor, the principal strong hold, Strong Hold for stores 2.1x 2.64lb Foundry, for Rolling Mill and Cutting Korn, for boiling Room with arches 4 Stores under Iron Columns & for weighing Rooms, they will be covered with girders. for a Packing room, 4 feet span supported on wrought granite 9' x 4'.
Provision is also made for a Statwingery, Office room, Office for Superintendent of Bullion Department, three black offices, an Master's office. A verandah extends the whole frontage supported on Cast Iron Columns & Arches with a Balustrades bring also of light.
On the first floor is a Drawing room 2007 sq. ft, six smaller sitting rooms, dressing room to the Superintendent's Quarters, and four lodging rooms with Bathroom from 2 Bedrooms with Bathroom from the Verandah.
If it is found that the master will occupy the whole of the first floor, a separate staircase will be required. Two back staircases also will be required instead of one as at present arranged.
