Sir,
I have to acknowledge the receipt of your 30th Ultimo, forwarding extract from letter from Vice Admiral Sir G. Kuper, H.M.S. "Curacoa", relative to the disposition of land at Kowloon and to the proposition to continue the Naval Yard in front of the town.
I am not aware of any proposition being at the present moment under consideration for continuing the Naval Yard.
