These works have been facilitated by the Land Sales recently effected at Kowloon.
The amount of Revenue and Expenditure 1933 is provided to the extent of $10,000 in the present year's estimates with further provision of $5,000 in those for next year; and I do not anticipate that any excess over the first named sum will be chargeable before the 31st of December next.
$3,000 as estimated in Report and Estimate S.34 has been voted for the service of the current year.
