is not only to retain and place in a connected form the provisions relative to the subjects to which they respectively addressed but also to prevent the necessity of introducing into the new edition of Ordinances more exactments there or convenient are necessary.
Section 5 is self-explanatory and is merely intended to supply an omission in Ordinance No. 7 of 1862.
Sections 6 and 7 are intended to replace the corresponding Sections of the "Bankruptcy Ordinance 1864" which were recommended for alteration, in your Despatch No. 107 of the 20th July last; care has been taken to render these sections free from the objections attributed to them.
Section 8 merely gives effect to the "Bankruptcy Ordinance 1884" as passed; the present clause having been omitted due to a mistake in the printing.
