__Purport of Mr B.B. Bremer's Petition__
Stating that he has purchased at Hong Kong 812 pounder Guns for the armament of a Lorcha, and praying that the Governor of Macao will obtain the permit of the Governor of Hong Kong for their exportation to Macao on the ground that the local permission given him to import them and the issue of a subsequent certificate of their bona fide importation are deemed insufficient at Macao, and that he is unable to obtain himself the permit required.
