from the 17th instant,

a salary of $384, or £80 per annum, the amount provided
in
the Estimates for
the current year.
In reporting this appointment for your approval I may state that the transfer of Yip Ling. Moy from the
Hulk to the Victoria Jail was made at his own request,
and with the full consent of
