I am directed by His Excellency the Governor to forward copy of letter received from Captain Nolloth, Senior Naval Officer, relating to the piracies committed by the Chinese in the vicinity of Deep Bay, and to request that you will as forcibly as possible bring the subject to the notice of His Excellency, the Viceroy.
