I have now to report further that Mr. John Alexander Yule has been appointed to the Superintendency of the Civil Hospital, thus vacated, and that the Salary is £300 a year, with quarters in the Hospital, but without the right of private practice.
The form required by Secretary of State's Despatch of 31st July 1888, is filled up and forwarded herewith.
