Mr. Smith who has been employed on the works from the commencement, and who is conversant with the details of the service, and the duties to be performed, has been continued as Overseer.
3. The total expenditure upon the supply, as at present, arranged amounts to $169,684.09; but the value of Stores on hand, and which are available for any extension of the works, is estimated at $5,000, which reduces the total cost of the undertaking to about $164,000.-

The annual expense for the future of repairs and Staff will probably not exceed $3,000..
