It will be necessary that the Danish Schooner recently brought hither by M. P. Frigate Bazelle in unavoidable ignorance of Her Majesty's orders be removed from these waters without delay.
His Excellency The Governor also trusts that the directions that affect the Frigate herself will be scrupulously followed by Captain Le Baron de Boothwell.

His Excellency The Governor, giving careful consideration to letter of 4th instant when the London mail arrived this morning 23 April 1864 brought the enclosed Circular, conveying Her Majesty's Instructions for the observance of Neutrality within Her Majesty's dominions between Denmark and the opposing Germanic Powers.
