Woah Gut, employed as Clerk on board a Boat named Chun-ling belonging to Quong Hong Song, armed with 1 cannon and having on a crew of 18 men reports that on the 13th March last she left this place. On the 20th of the same month when sailing off Loong-hoi near Swatow she was attacked by three piratical boats, two Tow-mahu boats and one Sai Ting-
