I seized the three which appeared undoubtedly pirates and took them to this place giving the others the benefit of the doubt. I handed 33 prisoners over to the Mandarins and they
were tried yesterday and 28 (some of whom were previously Known) will be beheaded :
to day.
The pirates
are very
bold
here: yesterday they cut a junk out within three miles of the town.
