The Ordinance makes it a condition to Sixthly.

Ninthly

Pounds are Converted into Dollars wherever the validity of a deed under S. 163 that it must provide "for the Conveyance of "the Estate of the Debtor other than and, "except such portion thereof as shall not "exceed in value the sum of #100" whereas the Draft provided for the Conveyance of the whole Estate of the Debtor."

The Ordinance provides (Vid S. 120) that Seventhly "the sum out of the Estate and effects of money is mentioned, and the interest mentioned is 12 per cent, that being the interest ordinarily allowed in the Colony.
