I hereby certify, that Mr Thomas Sherman, Usher and Bailiff of the Supreme Court, has received Full Salary at the rate of £200 per Annum as Governor up to the 31st March 1864.
The Half Salary will be drawn by Mr. Sherman's Agent in the Colony.
