the copy of a despatch from the Govr of Hongkong forwarding for approval
Report and Estimate of the 25th of May 1864 for laying
the foundations of the Mint at a cost of

the favourable consideration of
the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury, in order that the Govr may be authorized to provide for the cost in the Supplementary Estimate.
