Making due allowance for the source my information is derived from, but considering that the recent outbreak and escape has emboldened the Prisoners, I think it highly probable that the attempt will be made; as very little dependence can be placed on the Indian Police stationed here, I would suggest for the Governor's consideration the advisability of having a gun boat or some other reliable force located near to the Hulk. I have in the mean time adopted every precaution to frustrate the Prisoners' plan.
