Convict Hulk Office
Stone Cutters' Island, 20 April, 1864.
I have the honor to forward for the information of His Excellency the Governor, the accompanying Extract from the Hulk Register, of the names, Crimes, and other particulars of one hundred prisoners who effected their escape from this Island yesterday: I made an error in the number stated in my report yesterday which arose from the hurry I was in to give His Excellency early information.
