At about 10:30 yesterday morning five Guns were fired from Stone Cutters Island when it was reported to me that a Single Ball was hoisted at the mast head, this being the signal for medical aid no action was taken by the Police.
Shortly afterwards I obtained a view of the Staff and satisfied myself that the signal was correct as reported.
