I am directed by Mr. Secretary Cardwell to transmit

to you a copy of a despatch from

Sir H. Robinson, expressing the payment

of certain officers

stated in the margin

of arrears of Superannuation abatements due from them to entitle them to the benefits of the Pension Ordinance.
