Sir,
I am directed to address you, Mr MacKenzie being absent, in acknowledgment of the letter from the Members of the Garden Committee dated 11th ultimo.
His Excellency The Governor desires that you will submit a Supplementary Report and Estimate embodying the particulars contained in the Tabular Statement, and your memorandum.
