I have the honor to report that I have, with the concurrence of the Major General Commanding in China, appointed Lieutenant C. K. Chatfield of the 20th Regiment to be my Private Secretary and Aide de Camp, in the place of Lieutenant H. Atkinson of the 99th Regiment, who has resigned.
