25th November, 1863.
Sir,
In continuation of my letter No. M36 of this date, I have the honor to request that you will move His Excellency The Acting Governor to authorise an allowance for chair or house hire to Mr. Wilson and Mr. Drestage, as the distances to the various works in progress are so considerable from the centre of the town.
The Honorable Acting Colonial Secretary.
