care as if he had been pronounced a Lunatic, and we learn that he has since been sent home in Her Majesty's Steamer "Centaur".
We therefore think it only fair that we should pursue the recommendation formerly made by applying to your Grace, and we are glad to have reason to believe that our application will be backed by His Excellency The Governor of Hong Kong, through whom we have the honor to forward this memorial, and also by the medical testimony of the Colonial Surgeon.
